Self-impression kits are dispatched within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order.
Your Responsibilities:
Follow the impression instructions carefully and accurately
Provide a dental impression that our technicians can work with
Return the completed impression using the prepaid envelope provided
Important: If you do not follow the instructions and provide an inadequate impression, you may be required to purchase additional impression putty and repeat the process. If unsure about the quality of your impression, please email a photo to [email protected] before returning it.
Remember: The better and deeper your impression, the better and more retentive your finished night guard will be.
3.3 Product Quality Disclaimer
We have made every effort to display colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased from us will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

12. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
12.1 Our Commitment
While we endeavor to provide you with the optimum night guard solution, we understand that occasionally a customer may wish to return a product.
12.2 Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds on night guards where an impression kit has been received and used.
However, we will endeavor to replace or remake your custom product up to two (2) additional times if you are unsatisfied with the fit or comfort. Additional photos and/or impressions may be required.
Please note: Replacements and remakes are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are strictly at the discretion of Nightguards.ie.
12.3 No Money-Back Guarantee
Once we receive your impressions and commence manufacturing your product, there are NO MONEY-BACK REFUNDS, except where prohibited by law. If you have complaints, issues, or concerns, please email [email protected] as early as possible. A representative will respond and attempt to remedy your issue to your satisfaction.
12.4 Unused Impression Kits
If you have not yet used your impression kit, you may return it in its original packaging within 14 days of dispatch for a full refund.
13. CUSTOMER CONSENT AND AUTHORISATION
By purchasing a custom night guard from Nightguards.ie, you hereby:
13.1 Request and Authorise
You request and authorise Nightguards.ie and its designated dental technicians to manufacture a custom dental product based on the self-impression you provide, for personal protective use only.
13.2 Release of Liability
You, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators, release all claims, rights, liabilities, and causes of action (known or unknown) that you may have against Nightguards.ie, its staff, officers, directors, employees, successors, and assigns arising from or related to:
The manufacture, supply, and development of your custom night guard
Self-installation and use of the product
13.3 Product Modifications
You authorise Nightguards.ie to make any necessary product changes or amendments to improve the comfort and fit of your night guard.
13.4 Your Responsibilities
You understand and agree that:
You must follow impression instructions carefully to provide an adequate impression
Failure to follow instructions may result in additional charges for replacement impression kits
You are responsible for the proper use, care, and maintenance of your night guard
The custom product is made to fit the impression you provide, and results may vary
The product will add bulk to your mouth, and an adjustment period is normal
13.5 Assumption of Risk
You understand that:
Unexpected complications or less-than-desired results can occur
Nightguards.ie is strictly making a product to fit your impression model
You may not be satisfied with the final result
You are ultimately responsible for all payments and costs
You agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Nightguards.ie and its dealers for any damages resulting from your use or misuse of this product.
13.6 Acceptance
By placing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consent to these terms, including possible risks, complications, and benefits, and you authorize Nightguards.ie to proceed with manufacturing and shipping your order.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We do not guarantee that:
Your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable
The service will always be available
The service and all products delivered through it are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nightguards.ie, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for:
